CRM MANAGER

Centralis Technologies Inc. is seeking a passionate and results-oriented CRM Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring its effectiveness in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:

Implement and manage our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user adoption.

Develop and execute strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Analyze customer data and identify trends to create targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer experience.

Manage the CRM workflow, including lead nurturing, opportunity management, and customer service interactions.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of CRM initiatives.

Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Identify and implement opportunities for CRM system customization and integrations to enhance functionality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a CRM management role.

Proven experience with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
